2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law.
• If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

3. The Service and gameplay

Playely lets you create and play interactive quizzes. Some quizzes may be generated using artificial intelligence ("AI").

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

• AI-generated questions and answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content at your own risk.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service (including automated requests) except where permitted by law.
• Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights of others.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features may be offered under a paid subscription. Subscriptions and payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation are presented to you at checkout and/or in the customer portal.

• Cancellations take effect according to the terms shown by Stripe at the time of cancellation.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and the plan selected.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Playely or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
